Introduction

Welcome to bTreend. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile application, website, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us directly. Account deletion will result in the removal of your personal information from our active databases, subject to our retention policy outlined in our Privacy Policy.

User Content

When you complete tasks, surveys, or support requests, you may submit information such as survey answers, screenshots, or feedback text ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content where applicable. By submitting User Content, you grant bTreend a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content solely to operate the Services, verify task completion, prevent fraud, and process payouts.

You agree that your submissions will be accurate and truthful, will not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws, and will not contain malware, spam, or misleading information intended to manipulate rewards.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Post illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene content
• Harass, bully, or harm another person or entity
• Impersonate another user, person, or entity
• Post content that infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights
• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services
• Collect user data without their consent or through unauthorized means
• Post spam, unsolicited promotional content, or engage in manipulative behaviors
• Transmit or upload any material containing viruses, trojan horses, worms, or other harmful code
• Engage in data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering activities without our prior consent

Violation of these prohibitions may result in termination of your access to our Services.

Intellectual Property

The Services and all content, features, and functionality are owned by bTreend, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

Monetization, Rewards & Withdrawals

bTreend features a Reward Points System where users can earn points by completing tasks and engaging with the platform. Important terms:

• Points and rewards may be redeemable for real-world value (e.g., cash), as specified within the app
• Reward points are converted to cash equivalents based on a conversion rate determined by bTreend, which may change from time to time
• Withdrawals are subject to a minimum amount threshold displayed within the app
• bTreend reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards or withdrawal system at any time
• Users must provide accurate and verifiable payment details to process a withdrawal
• Users are solely responsible for any tax obligations that may arise from earning rewards
• Misuse or abuse of the system — including fraudulent activities or fake engagement — may result in account suspension or permanent disqualification from monetization

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination of your access.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND TITLE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BTREEND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICES.

Advertising Disclaimer

The bTreend app and website may display advertisements from third-party networks, including Google AdMob, Unity Ads, and Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or external sites linked from those ads. By using our Services, you acknowledge that advertisers may use cookies or mobile identifiers to measure and personalize ads.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bTreend is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new Terms taking effect. By continuing to use our Services after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
