We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and have implemented comprehensive measures to prevent, detect, and report any such content or behavior on our platform.

Child Safety Policies

• Age Verification: We require users to be at least 13 years of age. We employ age verification methods during registration.
• Content Monitoring: We use automated systems and human moderation to detect and remove inappropriate content.
• Reporting Mechanisms: We provide easy-to-use reporting tools for users to flag inappropriate content or behavior.
• Swift Response: We prioritize reports related to child safety and respond to them urgently.
• Cooperation with Authorities: We promptly report any suspected CSAE material to relevant authorities.

Reporting Mechanisms

We provide multiple channels for reporting concerns:

• In-App Reporting: Every post, comment, and user profile has an easily accessible reporting option.
• Email Reporting: Direct reports can be sent to support@btreend.org.
• Urgent Concerns: For immediate attention to serious safety concerns, contact support@btreend.org.

All reports are treated confidentially and investigated promptly. We aim to respond to all safety reports within 24 hours.

User Guidelines & Education

We believe prevention starts with education. We provide:

• Clear community guidelines that explicitly prohibit any content or behavior that sexualizes or exploits minors
• In-app safety tips and resources
• Age-appropriate safety information for younger users
• Resources for parents and guardians to help keep children safe online

Legal Compliance

bTreend complies with all applicable laws regarding child protection, including:

• Reporting requirements under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A (CyberTipline reporting)
• Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
• Local and international laws regarding child protection and CSAE prevention

We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations related to child safety concerns.
